Overview
Tungsten carbide strip is a powdered sintered metallurgical product manufactured in a vacuum or hydrogen reduction furnace. It features refractory tungsten material (WC) micron powder as the main component, with cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni) or molybdenum (Mo) as the binder. This material offers exceptional properties including:
- High hardness and strength
- Excellent wear and corrosion resistance
- Remarkable stability at high temperatures (maintains properties at 500°C, retains hardness at 1000°C)
We offer several types of tungsten carbide strips: angled strip, round strip, and standard carbide strip.
